He, the leader of Three Vehicles, directs us to True Suchness. He leads those of the Buddha Vehicle, the Bodhisattva Vehicle, and the Arhat Vehicle to the ultimate Real Mark— to the principle and substance of True Suchness. As head of the assembly, he makes Buddha-plans. This leader of the assembly of the Three Vehicles makes plans for Buddhas....
